Description


Since I hadn't done anything significant in 3dsmax this exercise made for a nice change. I needed one whole day for the whole thing (Highpolymodelling, bake, texture painting - editing). I've used the Xoliul - dx shader the final 3ds Max screenshot.

This image was part of my college application back in 2010. I have written a little Story where this image fits in and i've done some layout design and finally handed in a broshure. With a short game-prologue. The whole scene has about 65k triangles.

Description


The first project where I hand-modelled a highpoly mesh in order to bake a nice normalmap. Eventually I rigged the model and rendered a short video of the plane taking off. I created seperate models for the ejectionseat, the landing gear and the cockpit. Each with its own corresponding high poly version of course. This project is back from 2009.

Description


Freddy the salmon was my first project using zBrush as a sculpting tool. Since I had never gone through the process of rigging before i thought a fish might be a good start as the bone structure is far from complex and the animation should have been quite doable as well. So I gave it a try.. and here is is. Freddy the Salmon. From 2009 too i think.

A quite early project from 2009. The it was the first time I've used normalsmaps. It was based on a drawing I did earlier. I worked on a cliff-environment for it but unfortunately I've never got to finish it. 22.000 Triangles.
